Info: Join us on November 30th at St Croix Medical Group from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM to learn about diabetes and how to manage it.
There will be free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, menu planning tips and tricks, and complimentary healthy snacks! our nurse practitioner, Barnette Benoit, will be present to answer any questions.
